Overview: Operator will be responsible for winding capacitor sections using various automatic winding machines

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders for correct set-up
- Plan workload to keep up with production lines
- Set-up and operate winders
- Monitor winders to consistently produce a quality product
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform minor repairs
- Deliver sections to next operation
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Other Duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Job Prerequisites
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; and use measurement devices
- Good attendance record
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Full body movement
- Good eyesight
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

One element in our total compensation package is pay. The starting pay for this role is between $16.00 - $17.00 / per hour
