The Northwest Louisiana Human Services District's mission is to increase public awareness of and provide access to integrated community-based services for individuals with behavioral health and developmental disabilities, promoting wellness, recovery, and independence through education and the choice of a broad range of programmatic and community resources.

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Receptionist/Scheduling Specialist and a Fiscal Administrative Coordinator for patient records for the Many Behavioral Health clinic. Also serves as the Medical Records Clerk for the Natchitoches Behavioral Health clinic.

Other Qualifications

Job Duties:
Serves as the receptionist/scheduling specialist and fiscal administrative coordinator for patient records for the Many BHC and the Medical Records Clerk for Natchitoches BHC.
Answers all incoming calls, determines disposition, documents all calls, and follow-up actions taken.
Greets clients and visitors and directs them to their appropriate destination and/or notifies staff of their arrival.
Verifies Medicaid accounts through the Medicaid website.
Receives deliveries and monitors the fax machine.
Performs scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling of all appointments served by the clinic.
Maintains client information in the database.
Performs all calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for maintaining accounting records for Many clients.
Prepares monies for deposit daily.
Serves as Medical Records custodian.

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday -Friday. 
Location: This position is with the Northwest Louisiana Human Services District's Many and Natchitoches Behavioral Health Clinics located at 265 Highland Drive, Many, and 210 Medical Drive, Natchitoches, LA. The incumbent will work 2 days a week in Many and 3 days in Natchitoches.

CompensationBased on level of qualifications and experience.
