What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide in-person therapy to individuals, couples, families, and teens.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s goals.
• Maintain timely, organized documentation (we aim for within 24 hours).
• Participate in consultation and team meetings that actually feel valuable.
• Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism — in person and online.

What You Bring

• Active LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT license in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health–related field.
• A passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
• A collaborative spirit and authentic approach to your work.
