Expanded Learning Instructional Apprentice bei Santa Ana Unified School District

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor of Expanded Learning, coordinate the Expanded Learning programs related to staffing, safety program, registration, student recruitment, student enrollment maintenance and also perform a variety of support duties for the teacher and students.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Must be registered as a Santa Ana College Student. • Must have 48 units of college credit or pass the District proficiency test. • Experience working or volunteering with youth (school, community, or faith-based settings) preferred. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California State or Federal Identification • CPR/First Aid Certificate preferred.

Grade 10/2 ($18.33 - $20.24 hourly rate)

To be eligible for the Expanded Learning Instructional Apprentice position, applicants must be enrolled in Santa Ana Community College Apprentice Program (SACCAP). The program is 18-24 months in length and will receive three wage increases during that time. Completion of the SACCAP program will result in students earning an After-School Program Associate Teacher Certificate. This program will combine SACCAP coursework and hands-on classroom learning.
