Caldwell University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach “Medical Surg” for the Department of Nursing and Health Services. The clinical rotation is for the Spring 2026 semester, January 20th- May 17th.


Masters of Science in Nursing is required for this position. Applicants must also have a current New Jersey Registered Nurse licensure as well as current clinical experience. A Doctorate in Nursing or related field is preferred. Prior teaching experience in a BSN program is also preferred. Candidates must be willing to support the Dominican Catholic, liberal arts mission of the University.


Applicants must submit a curriculum vitae, cover letter specifying position interest and qualifications, and a list of three professional references including complete contact information. Candidates are encouraged to submit a statement of teaching philosophy and submission of transcripts.
