THE JOB:

As a Parking Ambassador, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests to an exciting urban adventure! You’ll be part of a dynamic, service-oriented team dedicated to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile upon arrival, open doors, and assist them with any inquiries or transportation needs!
• Team Support: Be a helpful hand to your fellow employees in the Bell stand and Valet department, ensuring smooth operations!
• Guest Advocate: Address guest needs promptly by contacting the appropriate supervisor to ensure a great experience!
• Knowledge Keeper: Stay informed about company and department policies so you can provide accurate information and excellent service!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 6+ Months of Prior Customer service experience.
