About the Position:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide after-school support for a 7-year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Muscular Dystrophy. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and committed to helping him grow in independence and confidence through structured, engaging activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide after-school care and supervision in a safe, supportive environment

• Assist with mobility needs and personal care as needed

• Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Support with feeding, adaptive equipment, and communication needs

• Follow individualized care and therapy routines as directed by the family or care team

• Communicate effectively with parents about daily routines and progress

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Experience with children, autism, or physical disabilities preferred (not required — training provided)

• Must pass a background check

• Reliable transportation required
