Relief Driver / Plant Worker bei Culligan

In this hybrid role, you’ll help keep our plant operations running smoothly while stepping in to cover delivery routes as needed—making you a key part of both our production and customer service teams.

Pay: $22 – $24/hour

What you’ll do:

As a Relief Driver:

• Deliver/exchange bottled water, salt, filters, chemicals, and tanks on assigned routes

• Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and identify opportunities for additional products

• Complete vehicle inspections (DVIR and monthly commercial inspections)

• Collect payments and accurately complete route paperwork

• Safely operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates, and hand tools

As a Plant Worker:

• Assist with bottling, packaging, and preparation of water products for delivery

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the plant

• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures

Where you’ll work:

This position is based at our Sacramento, CA office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as needed.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of the local Lacey-area routes and community a plus

• Ability to perform basic math and use GPS apps

• Strong communication skills and legible handwriting

• Good driving record with a valid driver’s license

• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

• Ability to repeatedly lift/move 100+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling
