PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and supply ordering for the stewarding and janitorial services operations across our resort.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train all stewards, steward crew leaders, lodge attendants, and lodge attendant crew leaders
Supervise the staff and delegate duties as appropriate
Help develop weekly staff schedule based on expected volume of business
Maintain a departmental log with a record of work accomplished, staff attendance, and performance notes
Conduct weekly staff meetings and review time records
Conduct an inventory of wares and furnishings at the Snow Park lodges and order new supplies as needed
Report failures or problems with departmental equipment to building maintenance
Assist food & beverage management in any matters as requested
Conduct a daily review of building cleanliness and properly set guest space
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Previous experience in food service or janitorial operations preferred
Spanish speaking candidates preferred
Must have a valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of time
