Direct Support Professional – Activity Specialist
Location: The Center (off South Russell in Missoula)

- Starting pay: $17.50–$18.00 per hour

Your Role
- Support individuals in building independence and self-confidence
- Provide respectful, person-centered care and assistance with daily living skills (meals, hygiene, mobility)
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants
- Accompany individuals on community outings and help them engage meaningfully
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team member

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Upbeat and creative
- Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (required by Montana law)
- Comfortable using basic English and electronic communication tools
- Clear driving record for at least the last 3 years and 3 years of driving experience
Previous experience with adults or children in group or activity settings is a plus — but not required
