Summary:
Program Assistant is an integral part of the treatment delivery team drives program integrity and quality driven services and outcomes. The Program Assistant will work alongside the Team lead and Clinical Director to assure that clinical coverage policy guidelines and CARF standards are adhered to. The Program Assistant will drive the mission and vision of Southeastern Integrated Care while assuring that the defined quality metrics and key performance indicators are met for these services. The program assistant will also coordinate with other departments and affiliates to assure all necessary resources are available to the clients we serve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive oversight of programs to include organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the SACOT/SAIOP Team, including:
- Entering and tracking team performance and beneficiary outcome data, as well as running reports on such data.
- Providing support to the team by receiving calls and responding to office walk-ins, triaging and coordinating communication between the team and individuals; and
- Actively facilitating the daily team meeting, assisting with organizational structure of program, staffing needs, and providing oversight to the following specific activities
- Adherence and Oversight of our Clinical Integrity Protocols and structure of SACOT and SAIOP
- Staffing per productivity models
- Referral loop oversight and ownership including rapid intake, CCA and PCP completion
- Scheduling of patients for SACOT services, medication management, and primary care services
- Program structure to maximize hours per below
- Program schedule
- Pass through and authorization ownership
- Required components of authorization to include CCA, PCP, Progress Notes
- Transportation oversight
- Medication monitoring oversight (drug testing) to include MOUD oversight
- Medication Assistance and coordination with SELC for financial assistance and contracted pharmacies as necessary
- Managing Client Records through EMR system
- Actively participating in the daily team meeting, assisting with organizational recordkeeping and scheduling activities;
- Trip Care Coordination
- Other Duties as Assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position coordinates with multiple departments and entities of Southeastern Integrated Care, LLC

Education/Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent;
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical and administrative setting
- BA preferred
- Certification in NCI, ALS, CPR, and First Aid or within 90 days of Hire
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to problem solve;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications;
- Ability to empathetically interact with beneficiaries and their families;
