Role Summary


The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will be the architect of how Simetrik defines,
positions, and communicates value across its multi-product portfolio. You will move
beyond features, transforming product capabilities into highly compelling, actionable
narratives designed to build and expand our enterprise customer base. This role
requires a blend of critical thinking and operational excellence as you will design,
implement, and govern market-facing frameworks and processes that ensure
consistency and accelerate growth. This is a high-leverage position with a direct
influence on the market perception of Simetrik and our competitive effectiveness,
ensuring synergistic positioning across the entire Simetrik offering. This is a highly
cross-functional position, demanding close collaboration with Product, Enterprise Sales,
and Marketing teams to directly shape how customers experience and value Simetrik.



Core Responsibilities


• Architect and maintain messaging frameworks that define clear, compelling, and
segmented value propositions across the multi-product portfolio.


• Design and manage a standardized Go-to-Market (GTM) process for new
product launches and feature updates to ensure consistent market rollout and
drive accelerated customer adoption.


• Lead the creation of high-impact sales enablement content (decks, battle cards,
case studies, TCO/ROI assets) with a focus on supporting the enterprise sales
cycle and increasing win rates.


• Execute continuous market research and translate competitive and market
findings into immediate, actionable insights for product and sales strategies.
• Proactively collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring
priorities are aligned and providing timely, effective communication of updates
and progress.


• Drive continuous learning within the PMM function by analyzing the impact of
activities and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue results.


• Build a robust competitive intelligence process that systematically collects
insights and arms sales with proactive strategies to handle high-level enterprise
objections.

• Product Marketing Expertise (Enterprise & Portfolio): Deep strategic and
tactical proficiency in Product Marketing, specifically managing positioning and
GTM for an enterprise, multi-product portfolio.


• Strategic Thinking & Critical Analysis: Exceptional critical thinking and
analytical abilities to synthesize market complexity into simple, high-impact
strategies.


• Process Design and Governance: Proven ability to design, implement, and
scale PMM frameworks and processes that systematically empower enterprise
sales.


• Execution Excellence: Highly effective time management skills and a strong
track record of delivering multiple high-priority projects concurrently.


• Collaboration and Communication: A proactive, collaborative mindset and
outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively align and influence
cross-functional partners.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to proactive learning, seeking out and
incorporating new market trends, PMM best practices, and competitor
developments.



Qualifications Needed


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.


• 5+ years of demonstrable Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS
environment, with significant exposure to enterprise sales motions and complex
deal cycles.


• Demonstrated expertise in product marketing for a multi-product portfolio,
ensuring clear differentiation and value synergy across the offering.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise sales teams through a multi-
stage sales cycle, including the ability to establish and deploy core messaging
frameworks that resonate with enterprise target audiences.


• Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies for a multi-product portfolio.


• Expected to establish core messaging and positioning for at least two key
products and design and deploy a complete, standardized toolkit and framework
of sales enablement materials in the first 3-6 months.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, and storytelling skills with the
ability to simplify complexity for different audiences.


• Outstanding project management and organizational skills to manage multiple
priorities efficiently.


• Ability to work cross-functionally and balance competing priorities effectively.


• SaaS or fintech experience with exposure to B2B product marketing.


• Experience supporting analyst relations and external reports.


• Knowledge of pricing and packaging strategies.
