We’re looking for a detail-oriented IFS Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of Independent Fund Surveyor processes across key programmes. Acting as a vital link between external IFS teams and internal project stakeholders, you’ll ensure compliance, facilitate reviews, and support effective capital investment decisions. This role plays a critical part in helping Heathrow meet its regulatory obligations and deliver efficient, value-driven outcomes across its capital portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the IFS process across assigned programmes, ensuring projects understand their responsibilities and requirements.
- Track and report on programme progress, maintaining compliance with IFS standards and supporting gateway endorsements.
- Act as the main point of contact between project teams and the IFS, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and support monthly review meetings and SPG sessions, ensuring alignment with programme goals and IFS expectations.
- Generate accurate reports for senior stakeholders to support effective monitoring and decision-making.
- Promote consistency and compliance across all projects by collaborating with PMO and programme teams to support capital delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, with a solid understanding of delivery frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence across all levels.
- Effective problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience in Project Management and/or PMO disciplines: development, design, construction,
- business management and transformational change
- Experience in contributing to significant programmes and projects, and delivering to time, budget and quality
