Major Responsibilities
- Participate in full life cycle development using structured design methodologies including development, unit testing, code reviews and scrum
- Work closely with senior software developers on assigned project
- Accurately report project status to project facilitator
- Follow source repository processes
- Other duties as assigned by Software Engineering Manager
Minimum Education Requirement
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related engineering field
Minimum Experience & Training Requirement
- Understanding of software development and testing process
- Programming skills in one or more modern object-oriented languages (C# preferred)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Taking initiative and curious to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data structures and design patterns
- Experience with source control (git)
- Familiar with WPF
- Understanding of WPF and/or 3D graphics
- Knowledge about robotics and geometrical planning
- Understanding of multi-threaded parallel processing methodologies
- Geometry and generic math skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps
