Leadership & Team Management

• Functional Lead and develop a team of supply planners or analysts within the shared service center.

• Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and performance management.

Supply Planning Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end supply planning process (production planning, inventory management, replenishment).

• Balance demand with supply capabilities, working closely with demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing.

Standardization & Best Practices

• Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) across regions/business units.

• Ensure consistency in KPIs and reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between local markets and global supply chain leadership.

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Systems & Tools

• Lead the use of ERP / APS systems (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, etc.).

• Drive automation, digitization, and process improvements.

Performance Management

• Monitor KPIs like service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and production adherence.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Your profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering

• 10–15 years supply chain, planning, or inventory experience

• Strong ERP/MRP skills (SAP, Oracle); APICS/CPIM certification preferred

• Advanced Excel or supply chain analytics; inventory modeling knowledge (e.g., EOQ, safety stock calculations)

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure
