  Role Purpose

  Using established processes and methods to produce polyurethane products.

  Summary

  Main Accountabilities (include but are not limited to)

• Set up: Identifying, assembling, maintaining, preparation, packaging and sorting of molds
• Casting: proper dispensing of urethane, mold assembling, mold disassembling, initial part inspection and waste management
• Finishing: repairing, curing, trimming, final inspection and packaging
• Machine Maintenance: daily calibration, temperature monitoring to maintain proper functioning equipment
• Suggests improvement of production methods, equipment performance and quality of product
• Troubleshoot machine, find solutions and escalate where necessary
• Escalates issues to leadership for resolution
• Record Keeping: maintain daily production and maintenance/repair records
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to FLSmidth safety procedures and regulations.
• Properly maintain company supplied uniforms
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Skills
