Department: Admin - Retail Platform

General Business Hours: M-F: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00

p.m.

Shift: Minimum 8 Hours M-F.

The Vice President, Retail Recruiting will be responsible for collaborating with the respective Regional Executive and Branch Managers and be the primary driver for growing our retail sales platform in that region.  You will work to establish Embrace as the as the “Mortgage Lender of Choice” in your respective market through organic growth with the existing sales teams and execution of recruiting strategies.

 

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience

  1. Education: College Degree or equivalent experience.
  1. Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, or comparable recruiting or business development experience.
  2. Skills: Must possess strong sales aptitude, competitive nature, drive to succeed, mortgage acumen and be team and achievement oriented.
  1. License: N/A.
  1. Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technology, and Social Media.

 

TRAINING REQUIRED

Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely

manner.


 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Regional Executive and Branch Managers to create and execute strategic growth plans and lead the team’s effort to build high producing sales teams.
  • Drive Embrace’s growth strategy through the use of multiple recruiting channels and candidate engagement techniques to capture interest of top producing loan officers and

managers and act as the trusted sponsor of candidates throughout the candidate journey.

  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to create dynamic in-market messaging to target top producing mortgage sales talent and compel them to take action and join Embrace Home Loans.
  • Leverage analytics tools to identify and quantify best fit recruits and prospects where Embrace has the highest probability of success. Combine data with local market knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
  • Apply ASLAN sales methodology (other-centered) and selling principles to articulate Embrace’s unique value proposition.
  • Manage prospect outreach though CRM, document the outcome of outreach activities and maintain accurate prospect contact information.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and maintain a database of competitor information to aid

in how we compete for talent in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate within Embrace to foster a team-oriented approach to recruiting and business development and to apply best practices to deliver against growth opportunities.

Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training Events. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and

developments.

Work Location Information:

Embrace supports hybrid work where business needs allow, but is rebuilding a community that looks forward to collaboration within an office setting.
