About the Department
Position Duties
Two years of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or as a parks building and grounds attendant; OR
Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering; OR
Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.

Job Duties:
This position main responsibilities are to make minor repairs to the interior/exterior of the buildings and facilities and maintains furniture and equipment employing basic skills in the plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and related fields.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group (CPG).
Work Schedule: Works hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00pm.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
