It mainly enables revenue achievement and operation efficiency through sales operation planning, process optimization, data-driven insights and cross-departmental collaboration.What You Will DoData-Driven Sales Support and Decision MakingDevelop and maintain performance dashboards and recurring analyses.Identify business growth opportunities and risk points.Provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.Support translating strategic priorities into actionable sales plans.Offer a decision-making basis for sales strategies, channel optimization, and execution priorities through in-depth data analysisSales Operation Process and System ManagementDesign, document, and continuously improve sales processes and SOPs; monitor adherence and effectiveness.Oversee the management and enhancement of local sales tools, including SFDC and data analytics platforms, to support refined sales management.Targets, Forecasting & Resource AllocationCollaboratively oversee the annual/monthly sales planning rhythm with Finance and Sales leaders.Cascade targets to verticals/teams/individuals and define assessment standards.Establish a consistent sales forecasting rhythm and enhance forecast accuracy and transparency.Coordinate sales resource allocation to maximize ROI and productivity.What You Need to Be SuccessfulEducational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration or related fields is preferred.Work Experience: More than 10 years of sales operation management experience.
