We are looking for a QC Compliance Administrator for the Quality Control Analytical department at Sartorius Albumedix Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team by performing documentation checking, data trending, documentation generation and routine compliance duties, in support of manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products.
The QC team consists of 8 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is full-time for a fixed – term period until the middle of April 2027. The salary for the position is up to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
It is an onsite role in central Nottingham with the site easy to get to, being a short walk from the train station and tram stop.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will perform review and approval of testing documentation generated by the QC team, for completeness, correctness, and adherence with GMP/GDP
You will participate in trending of testing data generated by the QC team to assess its adherence to specifications and allow identification of trends, used for investigational activities, and report generation.
You will assist in other routine QC compliance tasks – including generation and issuing of documentation, change request and audit action completion, and deviation management.
All tasks are to be undertaken according to GMP regulations
What will convince us
A – level in Biology or Chemistry with a science background
Previous experience in laboratory or if you have worked previously in a fast – paced environment (ie.: retail or hospitality) - would be beneficial
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation
Motivation to learn
Good communication and written skills
The ability to follow correct procedures and quality standards
Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to adapt to new situations
Team player
