Job Overview                   : This position is responsible for performing activities of Logistics Dept. 

Key Responsibilities Areas:

1. Stock Entry on Real time basis Trips.

2. Updating Warehouse stocks (Inside & Outside SEZ) to share with Management for cargo booking plan.

3. MIS Entry along the with Digitisation of Logistics activities to identify delays.

4. Posting Service Entry records for the work done.

5. Coordination with Purchase team for raising Indents in SAP.

6. Bills certification of nominated stake holders.

7. Coordination with SAP and Commercial team for any issues with respect to Activities under Logistics.

8. Single Point Contact for Billing and MIS at SEZ Unit.
9. MIS and Billing Purpose to process bills of about Rs. 5 Crore on Monthly basis.

10. Maintaining Stake holder files with respect to Mail communication and Billing.
11. Coordination with Store team for all inward entries and GRNs.

10. Should be willing to attend shift duties whenever required. Candidate must travel to Work site location (Rly siding, Ports, Cargo Customer) in addition to Desk Job as per need basis.
11. Second Line to HOD Logistics and need to take care of Entire SEZ logistics activities inside plant. In charge of for MIS and Billing process bills (about Rs. 5 Crore on Monthly basis).
12. Creation of PRs in coordination with Purchase team and Logistics HOD.
13. Stock Reconciliation and updation as per requirement.
14. Bills verification and certification.
15. Managing Shift schedule of logistics team.
16. Coordination with QC and Process team with respect to cargo movement.

Qualification                                  : Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience                                    : 3 - 10 Yrs.
