Responsibilities
Based in Hyderabad, the Associate will be responsible for the recruitment of positions that are going to be based in Hyderabad office.
Recruiting:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture and business needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring efforts.
- Work with various stakeholders internally within HR as well as business to ensure an excellent candidate experience through the hiring cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 p years of post-college experience in recruiting, preferably in financial services
- Strong history of consistently delivering and producing results with a high level of client service
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); working knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Proven track record in maintaining discretion with confidential information
