The Associate Relationship Manager will be a key member of our Affluent-Service team, working closely with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial needs and goals. This role involves building long-term relationships, offering personalized advice, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and banking services, to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of customer portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant financial advice.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as investment advisors and wealth managers, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and cross-selling bank products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Affluent-Service team.
  • Represent the bank professionally and ethically, upholding its values and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, banking, and wealth management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including occasional weekends.
