Role : Production & Testing Manager – Engine 

Shift : General 

Direct reports : 4 from DICV

Responsibilities:

1. Highly demanding area. People Management : 
2. Engine build + Testing process core knowledge
3. Strong knowledge on Engine 5C (cylinder head, camshaft, connecting rod, cylinder block, and crankshaft) manufacturing 
4. Shift assembly output – 90 to 100 stretches 
5. Strong troubleshooting expertise in Engine assembly and Testing (DICV Test bed: APICOM) – APICOM knowledge is preferrable

Exp band :  15+ years of experience || As current managers are in the experience range of 10-12 years
