Red Hat Services team is looking for Consulting Interns to join us in Mumbai, India. The internship program is an on-the-job training program which allows university students to learn Red Hat's solutions and apply the concepts to actual work scenarios by gaining real-world experience. Through a series of interactions, both in-person and remote, you'll earn the trust and confidence of customers' engineering, development, and operations teams by aligning their requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of Red Hat solutions.
These roles are full-time and part of a 6-month paid program from January 2026 to July 2026.
As an intern, you will work closely with your mentors and gain experience on the technical side and you will be interacting with a broader team within the region.
What you will do:
Use your technical knowledge and business understanding when assisting with specific customer projects under the supervision and mentoring of experienced Red Hatters
Constantly learn about new Red Hat technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues and our customers, providing and sharing information at all opportunities
Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers
What will you bring:
Full time matriculated students in tertiary institutions with strong background in technology
Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in a tech environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to learn new things and proactivity working as a part of a wider team
Understanding of key technology trends that are driving and shaping Digital India
