Description
Purpose
The Nursing Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Day-to-day operations of the clinic/team, 2) making provider/nurse assignments, 3) assisting in the hiring of nursing staff, and 4) successfully supervising the Clinic Nursing Team.
Schedule
8am to 5pm Monday-Friday daytime shifts days with the potential to work evenings and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (LPN/RN) or Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)
Experience:
- Three to five years previous Nursing/MA experience required; may consider alternative, relevant experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Licensure / Certification:
- CPR
Credentialing:
- Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for RN or LPN or CMA/RMA scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
