File Reader (Seasonal) bei Saint Mary's College

Description

The File Reader plays a key role in the first-year admissions process by carefully reviewing and evaluating undergraduate applications. This position requires thorough assessment of each applicant using a holistic review process that considers academic achievements, personal attributes, and potential contributions to the campus community. The File Reader will also determine potential scholarship eligibility for admitted students based on established criteria. Strong written communication skills are essential, as the role involves composing clear and concise evaluation notes and summaries.

Minimum Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Must be comfortable making phone contacts with students, parents and guidance counselors during all stages of the admission and financial aid process. 
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to balance multiple tasks at once and work efficiently.
• The successful candidate will be creative, possess a high degree of energy, and have the ability to work as a team member in an enrollment management setting.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including a solid understanding of spreadsheets.

Schedule         

5-10 hours/week.
