The Assistant Parts Manager plays a key role in supporting our busy autobody operations. You’ll help manage daily parts flow, coordinate with vendors and technicians, and ensure every repair has the right parts on time, every time. This role is ideal for someone with autobody repair knowledge, strong organizational skills, and experience with Excel, email communication, and Fullbay (preferred).

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support the Parts Manager in all aspects of parts ordering, inventory, and tracking
Order and receive parts and materials for ongoing repair projects
Verify deliveries, handle returns, and maintain accurate records
Update and track orders in Fullbay (experience preferred)
Maintain organized parts storage and labeling systems
Communicate effectively with vendors, technicians, and estimators
Prepare daily parts reports using Excel and email updates
Ensure smooth shop workflow and minimize downtime
Qualifications
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an autobody, fleet, or mechanical repair environment
Experience with Fullbay or similar shop management software strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email correspondence, and data entry
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
