At Classmates.com, we help people reconnect, reminisce, and relive their high school memories. We’re looking for a Program Manager who can drive product initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between product and engineering teams while keeping the user experience at the forefront.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional coordination, understands the big picture of product strategy, and can translate business goals into actionable plans. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define, organize, and execute product initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with user needs.
Responsibilities
- Own program execution for key product initiatives, driving alignment between business goals, product vision, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver impact.
- Translate product goals into actionable plans, writing clear business requirements and organizing workstreams across teams.
- Support backlog management, helping define priorities, coordinate dependencies, and ensure smooth development cycles.
- Drive user experience improvements by identifying pain points, gathering insights, and ensuring product updates enhance engagement.
- Monitor progress and remove blockers, keeping teams aligned and ensuring timely delivery.
- Define and track key success metrics, reporting on progress and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Act as a connector between business and technical teams, ensuring communication is clear and actionable.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or a similar role within a digital product environment.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives and coordinating between product and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and working with technical teams.
- Ability to translate business goals into structured execution plans without direct ownership of product decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform program improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with consumer-facing digital products, community engagement, and/or user experience improvements is a plus.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

Salary Range:
Min: $140,600
Mid: $155,000
Max: $185,000
The pay range reflects the salary amount the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position. It is not a guarantee of actual compensation or a specific payment amount to any candidate. The actual compensation will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, a particular candidate’s experience and qualifications.
