Certificate of Completion or transcripts showing high school graduation date or transcripts showing an awarded date for higher education). 3. One current Letter of Recommendation (hand signed and dated within the last 12 months). No electronic signatures are accepted. Testing is REQUIRED for this position unless proof of a passing Instructional Assistant test score with MVUSD or TRANSCRIPTS showing you were awarded an AA, BA or MA degree are uploaded to your application by the posting deadline date (unofficial transcripts are acceptable). No proof of a passing score will be accepted after the posting closes. If you have a passing score please attach the proof to this application or you will be required to test again. No exceptions.
