Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key component of our internal finance team and is a critical operational finance partner for our practices, offering confident communication, strategic insight and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support leaders across multiple practices, providing financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, an ownership mentality and a proactive, go-getter attitude to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
•Serve as a key business partner with practice unit leaders to provide analysis and decision support to enable the achievement of firm goals and financial objectives
•Support the development of the annual budget
•Work with practice unit leaders to develop and maintain quarterly forecasts
•Work with stakeholders across the firm to intake reporting requests
•Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI 
•Maintain the firm’s long-term financial model, updating and creating various scenario options
•Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investments and new business initiatives
•Support the leadership team in the preparation of regular shareholder, board and firm meeting materials
•Provide exceptional internal customer service and build strong relationships across departments
•Serve as a trusted advisor, exhibiting executive presence in interactions with senior leadership and practice unit leaders


WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 
•Minimum of three years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Preferred:
•Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for advanced business intelligence and information reporting
•Experience with FP&A software (e.g., Vena, Datarails, Workday Adaptive Planning)
•CPA or MBA designation
Other:
•Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data to senior leadership
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to succinctly and efficiently communicate complex topics
•Proven ability to work independently and execute on key deliverables with minimal oversight
•Ability to work in ambiguous environments and make sound judgment calls with limited data, assessing and communicating tradeoffs of decisions
•Understands the details, but able to operate and summarize information at a high level to provide leadership with the right information needed to make quick decisions
•Strategic business mindset with the ability to think ahead about potential risks, opportunities and having the ability to understand or estimate financial and operational impacts
•Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
•Experience working with large data sets and disparate systems
•Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, including with IT/Data teams
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
•Experience leading projects and driving process improvements
