  • Lead recurring status meetings, track milestones, and proactively identify and resolve risks or bottlenecks.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and workflow breaks across markets; design and implement enhancements to improve speed, quality, and collaboration, enabling teams to consistently meet or exceed delivery timelines
  • Support RFP processes as necessary for selecting a new digital agency, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and onboarding
  • Oversee campaign operations including budget management, invoicing, vendor coordination, and compliance with regional regulations
  • Facilitate cross-market alignment to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative execution across geographies
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Insights team to capture, analyze, and report campaign performance, translating learnings into actionable process improvements
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, best practices, and campaign outcomes to support continuous optimization

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, advertising, marketing, or media, preferably in a global or multi-market environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across cultures and time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive projects to completion
  • Familiarity with creative production processes, digital media channels, and campaign measurement methodologies
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors, with a focus on operational efficiency and quality control
  • Proficiency in project management tools and platforms; ability to adapt workflows to meet diverse regional requirements
