Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports the HR department in delivering HR programs, services, and solutions to the team
- Coordinates with HR team in various HR areas which may include new hire onboarding and equipment setup, employee engagement, benefits administration, safety compliance and monitoring, performance, and talent management programs
- Assists in all administrative aspects of HR projects and assignments
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Help coordinate and execute employee social gatherings
Basic Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1+ years of related experience
- Basic understanding of State & Federal Employment Laws
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to communicate successfully across business units
- Professionalism
