Responsibilities and Duties
- Machine & Attachment Inventory, including new, rental, and used inventory.
- Work with corporate to establish appropriate stocking levels of equipment.
- Work with staff for all Rental Delivery/Receiving documentation and photos.
- Work with sales team to efficiently plan logistics of inventory units.
- Manage and maintain relationships with local equipment carriers.
- Review and structure final billings and demo returns.
- Ensure rental agreements are submitted correctly and executed in a timely fashion.
- Review and code freight bills for payment and processing.
- Assist salesman as needed with internal and external rental opportunities.
- Processing delivery/receiving reports and equipment pictures in a timely fashion.
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers as first point of contact for sale and rental leads.
- Maintain access to current literature and info from represented manufactures.
- Generate shop orders for preparation of sales/rental machines.
- Manage shop orders thru completion for Rental Fleet assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and customer applications.
- Ability to change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
- Must have basic computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background screening and Drug Test screening.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to speak, hear and write English fluently.
- Must be physically able to climb in and out of Heavy Equipment, walk on uneven ground, kneel, bend, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
