Job Description
The Citrix Engineer will support, maintain, design and grow Valley Health's Citrix environment. This position will demonstrate proficient knowledge of XenServer, Netscaler, and related technologies. Additionally, the position will be familiar with and support Microsoft servers in an enterprise environment. The Citrix Engineer will assist with managing, evaluating and resolving service effecting issues that impact both technically-demanding internal and external customers. The person will be an active, contributing member of the overall design and framework of the Citrix and Microsoft network, and will work well with a team of engineers to grow the network.Education
CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) or CCEE (Enterprise Administrator) or Bachelor's Degree required or any obtained within 9 months of hire date
Experience
Previous experience in a related job field involving direct patient care; eg hospital nursing assistant; pre-hospital emergency care at shock-trauma level or above; hospital technician such as phlebotomist or RT tech; recent completion of one year of nursing school including clinical rotations.
Certification & Licensures
CCAA (Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator) or CCEE (Enterprise Administrator) or Bachelor's Degree required or any obtained within 9 months of hire date Microsoft certification preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills; must demonstrate proficiency in structured, problem-solving methodology. Strong organizational, analytical and communications (oral and written) skills necessary; self-directed individual; Must be able to present technical concepts Must be able to respond to customer needs in a timely manner Ability to handle high pressure situations and maintain professional composure
