The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.50 - $21.50 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

• Coordinate procurement, replenishment, and inventory of MRO spare parts, consumables, safety equipment, and warehouse tools.

• Ensure availability of components for forklifts, conveyors, racking systems, dock equipment, and packaging tools to prevent operational downtime.

• Establish reorder points and monitor stock levels to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Safety, and Procurement teams to align MRO activities with distribution center needs.

• Track and report MRO spend against budget; identify cost reduction and standardization opportunities.

• Manage vendor relationships, request quotations, and negotiate pricing to optimize cost and service levels.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules by coordinating part availability.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) in the management of tools, consumables, and spare parts.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper storage of hazardous materials and tools.

• Pick, receive, and ship materials.

• Pack and ship accurate orders to customers.

• Provide Customer Service in a timely fashion.

• Verify product numbers.

• Carry out manual warehouse duties as assigned.

• Load and unload trucks; use forklifts and other required equipment.

• Align with all safety and health requirements to work within facilities.

• Maintain clean work environment.

What We are Looking For:

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow company policies, procedures, and directives

• Requires ability to lift material weighing up to 50 lbs

• High School diploma or equivalent experience is required

• Knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyors, racking systems).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement approach.

• Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Intermediate Excel/reporting tool skills.
