Leads team and operates an automated calling system. Generates reports, and maintains equipment, hardware, and software. Works with leadership to set goals and strategies. Assists callers in pursuit of their performance goals and ensures that calling scripts are in alignment with the University’s priority needs.

• Ongoing recruitment, hiring, & training of new student ambassadors to utilize calling software to engage University constituents (alumni, friends, faculty, and staff), as well as to raise monetary support from generous donors to Pitt.
• Daily maintenance of the calling software used for omni-channel communication with University constituents (text, email, & call).
• Create call standards and strategic engagement techniques to support internal partners (schools, institutes, centers) fundraising goals, and report on outcomes.
