What are we looking for?
Experience : 2+ years in leading ISO 9001:2015/Quality Management.
System/Food Safety Management System position in reputed food industry
Project Management experience and Stakeholder management.
IT literate: high level of Microsoft Office, especially word and excel.
Fluency in English (C1/C2)
What will be your key responsibilities?
Implement and oversee corporate Q&FS standards (QMS, EMQM, DQM, product disposal) across the market unit, identifying gaps, defining action plans, and tracking progress.
Lead document control and compliance processes, acting as site expert/admin (e.g., Nexus) and ensuring accurate version control.
Drive quality culture and engagement: communicate QMP awareness, deliver QFS training, and act as the market’s QMS expert to share best practices.
Manage audits and reviews: lead internal audits, organize management reviews, coordinate external LRQA audits, and report compliance quarterly.
Handle incidents and continuous improvement: support product-related incident management, coach teams on problem solving and root cause analysis, and track CAPAs.
Develop and manage quality programs for importers and liaise with the global Q&FS community to adopt changes and maintain standards.
