We are looking for a strong Program and Client Project Manager who can lead multiple client projects, ensuring delivery excellence, quality oversight, and minimal client escalations. This role is not a technical EPM/CPM system deployment role but requires strong leadership, client management, and understanding of EPM solution design and project lifecycle.
This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage multiple concurrent EPM/CPM (consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions) projects across clients.
- Ensure quality delivery and successful execution of engagements.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, minimizing escalations.
- Manage both implementation teams and client stakeholders.
- Drive project execution using project management tools, keeping tasks on schedule.
- Provide clear direction and ensure progress without relying solely on team status updates.
- Support cross-practice and logistics needs, given changes and dependencies across teams.
- Define and support project teams in delivering key project outputs, including business requirements, design documents, status updates, and task trackers.
- Travel to client site as needed.
You Have:
- Strong background in Project/Program Management within professional services or technology consulting.
- Experience with EPM/CPM (Corporate Performance Management) systems is required; deep hands-on technical expertise in a single product is not required.
- Familiarity with Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar planning technologies is a plus.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities.
You Are:
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- A leader of others; you lead by example
- A strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels
- Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary
- Comfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing).
- Excited to be part of a growing team, with a focus on driving future growth
- Full of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid, flat organization
- Knowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
- Someone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful work
- Willing to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole picture
The annual salary for this role ranges from: $150,000 to $210,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
