What you'll do:
To develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives across multiple brands that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue through after-sales programs and services. This role focuses on driving engagement with existing customers, promoting after-sales products and services, and ensuring a superior post-purchase experience that strengthens brand loyalty and supports business growth.
- After-Sales Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute after-sales marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and service revenue through targeted campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to define KPIs and monitor program effectiveness.
2. Customer Engagement & Retention Initiatives
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs, maintenance packages, and service promotions.
- Manage targeted communications to customers via email, SMS, CRM platforms, and digital channels.
- Conduct customer segmentation and personalization to optimize engagement and satisfaction.
3. Product & Service Promotion
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote parts, accessories, extended warranties, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Monitor uptake and ROI of after-sales campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Market Research & Customer Insights
- Analyze customer feedback, service data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation in after-sales offerings.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure the company’s after-sales services remain competitive.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management based on research and data analysis.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Service Operations, Parts, Sales, and Digital Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners supporting after-sales initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for after-sales marketing communications within the organization.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report on after-sales marketing performance, including customer retention rates, campaign ROI, and revenue impact.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for the Marketing Director to inform decision-making.
- Ensure continuous improvement of programs through testing, feedback loops, and innovation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful after-sales campaigns and programs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer relationship management, or after-sales/service marketing roles (automotive or consumer goods industry preferred)
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of customer data analytics, segmentation, and loyalty program management.
