The Head of Marketing will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, managing high-impact campaigns, building relationships with communities, and ensuring our story connects with clients, partners, and the broader market.
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute StickEarn’s brand positioning in the advertising technology landscape. Ensure StickEarn is recognized as a trusted, innovative partner for advertisers, media owners, and agencies.
- Sales & Marketing Enablement: Build powerful sales and marketing decks, case studies, and collaterals that help the sales team engage with clients, media agencies, and brand decision-makers.
- B2B Demand Generation: Design and execute campaigns that generate leads and strengthen client pipelines through targeted marketing strategies, industry events, and partnerships.
- Market Research & Industry Insights: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, forecast trends in ad-tech and OOH advertising, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Corporate & Executive Communication: Lead external communication strategies, including press releases, media statements, and executive positioning, ensuring StickEarn’s voice is clear, credible, and aligned with business goals.
- Thought Leadership & PR: Establish StickEarn as a thought leader in the advertising technology industry by managing public relations, publishing industry insights, and representing the company at conferences, webinars, and media interviews.
- Event Marketing & Partnerships: Plan and manage B2B marketing events, sponsorships, and partnerships that strengthen StickEarn’s presence within the ad-tech ecosystem and with top agencies/brands.
- Digital Marketing & Social Presence: Oversee digital marketing strategies—including LinkedIn, industry platforms, and content marketing—to build credibility, foster community engagement, and attract B2B decision-makers.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5-10 years leading teams and strategy.
- Active involvement in marketing communities and strong industry networks.
- Confident speaker, able to represent StickEarn as a thought leader at events, panels, or media engagements.
- Previous experience working at or with large corporations or well-known brands is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle brand transitions or rebranding projects, especially moving from an old identity to a new parent brand.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution—comfortable building decks one day and setting long-term strategy the next.
