Position Overview:

The Director of TPP (Technology Partner Program) Business Development will be an individual contributor that is responsible for goals tied to winning new partnership goals for the Technology Partner Program. Work with the Director of TPP, TPP Partner Managers and sales leadership to launch and maximize partner production.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Source, sign, and negotiate with Practice Management systems, EMR systems, technology platforms, and the like leading to inbound and outbound opportunities for all of Rectangle Health SaaS based products—including payments, and engagement software.
  • Travel is expected 25% of the time to meet potential opportunities in person.
  • Provide direction, leadership, and playbook execution for Business Development in the Technology Partnership Program.
  • Actively support and provide guidance to the assigned TPP Business Development Representative.
  • Forecast monthly projections for new partners utilizing the company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce for partner prospects from initial conversation through signature.
  • Work with the Director of TPP to develop go-to-market plans and strategies to ensure timely launch and conversion of the software partner’s clients.
  • Perform monthly funnel reviews in person or via Zoom.
  • Measure success of new partners in conjunction with leadership and the assigned TPP Partner Manager. 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our products, customer applications, and key customer needs and requirements for the healthcare technology market. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree 
  • 6 plus years’ experience in Payments and winning ISV relationships
  • SaaS Sales experience within the Healthcare space also preferred

A successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering results, ideally focused on Fintech markets. Additional traits and competencies that define a successful candidate are:

  • Significant experience in negotiating integrated software partnerships with healthcare practice management systems and/or software vendors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A demonstrated track record of executing against sales production targets
  • Articulates a clear vision and strategy
  • Embraces change and proactively looks for ways to improve strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze situations, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Must demonstrate time management skills.
  • Business/financial management comprehension preferred.
