Let's make every day a chance to create a brighter future for the next generation!

Would you like to be part of the coolest team in town, collaborating with our Outreach and Marketing legends and our friendly customer service team here at The King's Trust? Together, we'll ensure that our young people get onboarded and engaged in our programmes safely and with style.

Dive deep to uncover any barriers that stand in their way, helping to remove those barriers so they can shine and propel themselves towards amazing outcomes. You’ll be responsible for a group of young people; sometimes one-on-one, sometimes simply pointing them in the right direction. You'll be on a mission to assist with travel expenses, juggle their other commitments creatively, and champion their needs with employers and partners like the job centre.

You’ll also be the guiding light for our delivery partners and service providers, making sure they deliver the best experience possible for our young people. High-fives all around! Roll up your sleeves and deliver employability sessions directly, help others do the same (both in-person and virtually), and be ready to hit the road for programme visits.

And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’ll also be keeping meticulous records so every step of a young person’s journey is captured and compliant with funding contracts.

Here’s the part we love: this is a 14-hour per week role that packs in purpose without taking over your whole week. It’s perfect if you want to work flexibly around family, studies, volunteering, or a passion project, and still make a tangible, measurable difference in young people’s lives. You’ll also have access to our full employee benefits, training, and development opportunities, because here, part-time doesn’t mean part-impact.

We are a massive advocate of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, so it would be amazing if you could lead the charge locally while supporting our big-picture EDI goals.

This is a part-time (14 hours per week), fixed-term role for 12 months, with the possibility of being extended.
