Sales Manager

What you'll be working on

  • Developing sales strategies and setting goals for the sales team
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Implementing effective sales tactics to meet targets

Responsibilities
  • Leading and overseeing a sales team to consistently meet sales targets
  • Motivating and coaching sales staff to achieve their individual goals
  • Managing customer relationships to maintain existing accounts and drive repeat business
  • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback for improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and motivate others
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
