Mysa is seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our Mysa HQ division, which provides Energy Management Systems (EMS) tailored for multi-site retail, restaurant chains, franchises, and professional service businesses. This role is critical in driving awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our EMS solutions, which integrate smart thermostat hardware with cloud-based SaaS platforms to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
The leader we seek is a roll-up-your-sleeves builder who executes. We have been a market leader in the B2C space for about 7 years and have also had a B2B business for about 3 years. We know our ICP, which is multi-site retailers, restaurant chains, and allied health services firms (pharmacists, health care providers) with over 30 locations. We have grown our B2B business through strong word-of-mouth referrals driven by the ease of use of our product and our exceptional customer support. We are now focused on developing our top of funnel by building our brand and growing and engaging our customer community. We need someone who can come in and set the strategy within the first 6-8 weeks, then help us develop (A) a clear B2B brand on our website and social media, (B) content that is useful to our target audience, (C) a community and events strategy, and (D) a messaging/outreach cadence that builds top-of-funnel and community . We are not looking for a bunch of brilliant Google Slides charts.
We are looking for someone who can quickly develop a directionally correct B2B strategy, then execute, learn, and iterate to build a B2B brand and drive leads.
