We have several roles open within the team across our portfolio of localization and content services. Backend engineering, frontend engineering, data engineering, etc. – we are hiring across all specialty areas. You will work in a small team of world-class engineers to build, extend, and modernize our services so that we can serve the world in localizing and delivering amazing M365 content to help customers achieve and do more.You will have a unique opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies and develop scalable Azure services using a mix of in-house and open-source technologies.   • Contributing to the design, implementation, testing and health of high scale services.
  • Full stack development - UX and business logic across a broad set of features.
  • Ensuring the availability and performance of live site and the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Collaboration with multiple disciplines: PMs (Program Managers), UX designers, data analysts, software engineers, and partner teams to deliver end-to-end clean and responsive experiences.
  • Improving services health using active alerting, monitoring, telemetry, etc.
  • Investigating and prototyping features with modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Using data to identify future product investments to drive up customer satisfaction or reduce cost.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Solid Object-Oriented Design and Programming skills.
  • Technical competence and strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid customer focus and understanding of the importance of live site engineering
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Desirable experience in the following tech areas:
    • Cloud framework: Azure, Service Fabric, Azure Search, Node.js.
    • NoSQL data storage: DocumentDB, Cassandra.
    • Web technologies: ReactJS, AngularJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
    • Experience and interest in AI, ML, and NLP.
