Job Summary:

The Project Manager’s primary focus is on the successful completion of client engagements related to implementing TradeCentric's solutions. This includes managing all client engagement, requirements gathering, project organization, coordination with internal team members, and testing associated with the client implementation projects. Project Managers at TradeCentric are expected to foster an environment of constant improvement and demonstrate a ‘team-first’ attitude, setting the measure for their success based on the success of others around them. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development project management, with exposure to various methodologies, and must be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with a track record for demonstrating organization, complex problem-solving skills, and the ability to create organization out of chaos in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: The target base salary for this position ranges from $75,000-85,000, with eligibility to participate in quarterly performance plan tied to KPIs/MBOs.

Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in the below city/states, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role’s qualifications. Essential Functions:

  • Perform project management responsibilities for multiple client implementation projects running in parallel, and keep organized notes to support an ever-changing list of projects and priorities
  • Perform meeting facilitation, issue management, risk management, conflict management, tracking, and communication activities across multiple parties on all projects
  • Work with clients, internal team members, and other parties as required to determine, develop, and document project requirements
  • Create and manage project plans to support all assigned projects, including creating and managing tasks for project team members
  • Impact project outcomes by consistently driving action and progress through clear communications, and stakeholder management
  • Conduct testing associated with client implementation projects and be comfortable troubleshooting solution errors as they arise
  • Be capable of task switching between complex problems and projects multiple times per day
  • Proactively communicate project status and escalate issues with senior project managers and delivery team management as appropriate to ensure project success
  • Maintain key project data points with a high level of accuracy and work with delivery management to produce summary level views of project status and progress
  • Become a subject matter expert on a number of platforms and processes in the procurement industry
  • Mentor junior project management resources and serve as a subject matter expert on Project Management to the rest of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex and fast-paced projects in the software development industry
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience working with shared resources and distributed teams in a partial or full-time remote environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with a bias towards collaboration and communication
  • Comfort working in a very fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with multiple project management tools
  • Agile/Scrum software development methodology experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in the procurement industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with the G Suite is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM is a plus
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or PMP Certification preferred
