About the job
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving any issues they may encounter, and providing support throughout their journey with our company. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer problems.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
