Position Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to client questions and concerns.
- Meet with existing clients over zoom and educate about our products,
- Resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Document interactions and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
- Strive to meet or exceed service performance metrics and goals.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to empathize and address their needs with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus but not mandatory.
