Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in generative AI techniques, a strong proficiency in Python, and a proven track record of building on top of base models and fine-tuning them with a focus on security. As a Generative AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing guardrails for custom large language models (LLMs) to ensure their safe and secure deployment.

  • Build on top of existing base generative models or fine-tune base model using various techniques
  • Develop and implement guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, and other security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply them to real-world problems.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of generative models through rigorous testing and experimentation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in building on top of existing generative models and fine-tuning them using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, etc...
  • Strong understanding of generative AI techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and others.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and large language models (e.g., GPT-4, BERT).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing security measures in AI models and ensuring compliance with security best practices.
  • Experience in developing guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent LLM misuse.
